Certification
At the end of the
seminar, you'll receive a certificate noting the number of hours
you attended, the dates and location of the seminar, and the Continuing
Education Units (CEUs) awarded.

For those interested in Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, McCoy and Associates is accredited in both Colorado and Texas.
Some states, but not all, will transfer or accept CLE credits from Colorado. Therefore, to obtain the
most accurate information, please contact the Board of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education or Bar Association in your state.

Certification Maintenance Points
The Institute of Hazardous Materials Management will grant certified
hazardous materials managers (CHMMs) 0.88 certified maintenance
point (CMP) for attending our RCRA Refresher Seminar. CHMMs
who attend our complete 5-Day RCRA Seminar will receive 2.0 CMPs.

The American Board of Industrial Hygiene will award Certification
Maintenance (CM) points to Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs)
who attend the 5-Day RCRA Seminar or the RCRA Refresher Seminar as follows:
