Future Changes to the RCRA Regulations
The Spring 2016 federal agency regulatory agenda was announced June 9, 2016 [81 FR 37374] and is available for review. The following tables summarize EPA’s plans for proposing and finalizing new RCRA hazardous waste regulations.
