Updated Guidance for RCRA Subtitle C Permit Writers and Permittees

EPA has updated its guidance document entitled Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDF) Regulations: A User-Friendly Reference Document for RCRA Subtitle C Permit Writers and Permittees. The objective of the document is to consolidate and streamline the TSDF regulatory requirements into a helpful reference tool that features a user-friendly format, including hyperlinked references to the regulations in addition to Federal Register notices, flow charts, checklists, and guidance documents that the agency has provided to the public through the years. Because this document references online resources, its usefulness is maximized when viewed online.
