EPA has updated Managing Your Hazardous Waste: A Guide for Small Businesses to reflect its 2016 generator improvements rule, 2018 e-manifest rule, and 2019 pharmaceuticals rule. The document provides a summary of key RCRA requirements for small businesses: making hazardous waste determinations, counting hazardous waste, preparing a waste shipment, completing a site identification form, and much more.
