Arizona is beautiful this time of year, with great hiking, golfing, and MLB spring training. RCRA in a hurry Next up is our RCRA Refresher at the Denver Sheraton West March 1-2, 2016. This fast-paced class covers almost all of the topics from our 5-day seminar. And because we know you’re busy, the hotel has an onsite restaurant and offers a complimentary shuttle to other dining options within a five-mile radius, so you can quickly recharge after your daily RCRA training. New hotel for McCoy in Texas We’re visiting a new hotel in Houston this year—the Crown Plaza River Oaks, near the Galleria district. Join us April 11-15, 2016 for a 5-day RCRA seminar in this sophisticated city with lots to do. After your training, check out the Galleria shopping center, a 20-30 minute drive from the hotel. There you’ll find upscale shopping and dining at the nation’s fourth largest mall. We hope to see you in Texas.

RCRA training, no waiting (list) 2016 is off to a great start, and some of our seminars are already filling up. To make sure everyone has a quality training experience, we limit the number of attendees in our classes, and sometimes have to start a waiting list. Register early to reserve your spot. Payment isn’t due until the first day of the seminar, so you’re covered if your plans change. And you can always transfer to another seminar or have a colleague attend in your place. Unlike the regs, we keep it simple.

Sampling course by EnviroStat If your work involves sampling (e.g., writing sampling plans, ensuring field quality control, understanding the statistics in sampling, etc.), you need to be well versed on correct sampling principles and how to properly apply them to your project. EnviroStat, Inc. is offering a training course on “Sampling for Defensible Environmental Decisions,” May 2–5, 2016 in Fort Collins, Colorado with an optional half-day hands-on sampling demonstration on Friday, May 6th. As an expert in the areas of sampling and statistics, Charles Ramsey will provide training on correct sampling principles and design, quality control, basic statistics for sampling activities, and how to avoid costly sampling errors.
